For the purposes of circulation at www.agroteks.gexa.ru website (hereinafter, the “Site”), in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On personal data”, the User is hereby giving Gexa-Nonwoven materials OOO, domiciled at Tsentralnaya ul. 3 a, a1, a2, a3, office 304, Goljevo, Krasnogorsk, Moscovskaya oblast, 143405, Russia (hereinafter, the “Operator”), its consent to processing any information contained by the Site (including, without limitation, collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as any other actions with personal data complying with the Russian Federation laws) and confirms that, in giving such a consent, the User is acting willfully in its own interest.
By this consent, the User confirms the consent of the third parties, the information on which is provided by the Site, to their personal data transmission and processing, and grants the Operator a right to perform any action related to the personal data of the said third parties, that are necessary to achieve the purposes of processing the personal data specified under the Policy on Personal Data Processing.
I am notified hereby that the Operator’s employees and its affiliates are the expected users of the personal data.
I agree that the Operator shall be entitled to transmit the personal data, within the framework of their processing, to third parties (including the corporate owners of the servers).
I acknowledge and confirm hereby that the Operator shall be entitled, whenever it is required to submit any personal data to any third party in order to achieve the purposes mentioned above, and whenever any third party is engaged for rendering contractual services for the said purposes, to disclose, to the extent required, the User’s personal data to such third parties, including their consultants, partners, contractors, agents and other parties authorized by them to perform under a contract. Besides, the User acknowledges and confirms that the present consent shall be treated as given to any third party mentioned above, taking into account the terms and conditions specified above, and that any such third parties shall be entitled to processing the personal data in the ways identical to those that are allowed by the User with regard to the Operator.
Consent to processing the personal data provided to the Site by the User shall be deemed as received from the User by the Operator at the moment of pressing “Send” at the Site.
The present consent to personal data processing shall be valid until it is withdrawn by the User. The consent to personal data processing can be withdrawn at any times by way of sending an official request in the manner specified under the Policy on personal data processing
The Operator undertakes to cease the processing of the personal data, destroy them and notify the User of the destruction within 10 (ten) working days since the receipt of the User’s notification to withdraw the consent to the User’s personal data processing.
The present consent shall be applicable exclusively to the User’s personal data provided to the Site.
